The Essentials

We’re your invisible partner. We aren’t an app you have to check, and we aren’t software you have to learn. We’re a professional reception service that answers your phone exactly like you would, gets the job details, and texts them straight to you. You stay on the tools; we stay on the phones.

We use a smart, automated system to handle the volume, configured to sound like a professional receptionist, not a broken record. It asks the right questions, gets the photos, and filters the junk. It doesn’t sound like a call centre, and it doesn’t waste your customer’s time.
Setup

Nope. Zero. We hate tech bloat as much as you do. Everything happens via your existing phone number and SMS or WhatsApp. You don’t need to download a single thing.

We operate on a 24-hour turnaround. Sign up, give us your business details (call-out fees, service areas, etc.), and we’ll have your line configured and ready to go by this time tomorrow.

It’s old-school reliable: call forwarding. You type a simple code on your phone (or toggle it in your settings), and your calls come straight to us. If you’re ever not happy, you just turn it off. You’re always in control.
Billing

Absolutely not. We don’t believe in charging you to start a partnership. You pay for the service, not for the privilege of setting it up.

Operations

That’s the beauty of our system. We filter out tyre kickers: people who just want a price check or are in the wrong area. We only ping your phone when there’s a real job to be won.

Yes. If you want us to handle the scheduling, just text us “Book 2pm” or “Confirm that job” and we’ll update your calendar and message the customer back.

Not at all. You’ll still handle the quotes and the hard work. We just handle the “I’m busy on a ladder” moments. By the time you call them back, they’re already impressed that someone professional answered their call.
